"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"It was a complicated thing; I bought two of them and I thought I would ehar from them and I didn't so I bought another one. And when I called them, I found out later that I should be the one getting in touch with them, which I did. At first they said they couldn't take two of them and I told them they had already taken for two of them. Then they agreed to come out and do two closet. I told them that I only needed to have the master one done and they refused to do it. They came in, they did quality work, and they did it in a hurry. But they did two closets; the closet in the small bedroom and half of the closet in the master bedroom. And then they charged me $280 extra to do the rest of the master closet. They were timely in their performance and the work was quality and good; I'm happy with it. I'm not happy with the pricing."

"The kitchen and bathroom cabinets in our townhome are about 20 years old.  They were refinished a few years ago, but the hinges were starting to "give" which kept some of them from closing completely.  They also had no handles or knobs and I find that caused the wood to get very dirty.  Paul came over and helped me pick out hardware that would "dress up" the cabinets and suggested that we put magnetic catches on the doors so they would stay closed.  After the work was done, I was pleased, but my husband noticed that on two sets of doors in the kitchen, the handles weren't aligned.  I was afraid that it would leave holes in the doors if they were moved, but Paul assured me that he could move the handles slightly and no holes would be seen.  He came over and in 15 minutes, he had them aligned perfectly!   "
