"Ultimately, I chose to hire a company to do the cabinet work in my garage to save me time. I made my decision based on a credible referral, good written reviews, and a good sample of work. It is bothersome that the company does not have the quality control in place to ensure consistency in the delivery of their product. It is equally bothersome that they would expect me to waste more of my time so that they can attempt to fix a known issue that should have been addressed up front. I have only had this one experience with Absolute Closets and Cabinetry, but based on this experience alone, I will not be working with them again. Needles to say, we didn't have them do the laundry room cabinets."
"It was a complicated thing; I bought two of them and I thought I would ehar from them and I didn't so I bought another one. And when I called them, I found out later that I should be the one getting in touch with them, which I did. At first they said they couldn't take two of them and I told them they had already taken for two of them. Then they agreed to come out and do two closet. I told them that I only needed to have the master one done and they refused to do it. They came in, they did quality work, and they did it in a hurry. But they did two closets; the closet in the small bedroom and half of the closet in the master bedroom. And then they charged me $280 extra to do the rest of the master closet. They were timely in their performance and the work was quality and good; I'm happy with it. I'm not happy with the pricing."
