The door was binding because it had dropped on one side due to recent excavation for a pipe leak under one of the pony walls. Angel and his helper took our gate assembly and repositioned it so it was 1/2 an inch off of the ground. sandblasted and powder coated the assembly and installed a new entry handle and lockset. I could not be happier. It is an excellent job. It looks fantastic."
