Dave did an awesome job! The fence looks great, is very sturdy and is exactly what we asked for. He fabricated the fence and installed it earlier than expected so it had time to set up for our party. Can't recommend his services enough!

Very professional. Came out to look at it almost immediately.
I contacted other contractors and they wouldn't look at it, maybe too small of a job.
Dave came out immediately, quoted me $125, took the gate to his shop and returned it in a few days.
He did a great job, looks and functions perfect, left me extra paint, and only charged $100.
What more can you ask for? This guy is top-notch.
I would use again, as well as recommend to anyone.

= . The owner of BUILDERS Solutions LLC came out and gave us an estimate on a Metal gate going across the side of our house. I immediatly liked him and the proffessional way he hanled himself. David's price was in the ball park of the other two estimates we had received. Once he started on the project it was completed in one and one half (1 1/2) days, just as he said it would be. David's finished work was that of a master piece. This was not an easy job for him because the ground of our property is not leveled. However, looking at the end results one would never known there was a problem. David and his company can work around anything. If any one of you out there are looking to have a gate built, whether it be ornamental iron or fencing of any kind, BUILDERS Solutions is the man to hire. WE highly recommend David Smith not only for his beautiful work and his professionalism but also because of the dignity and respect he treated us with! I called David on a Monday to give me an estimate for a new iron security gate and to fix the holes in the wall caused by the existing gate.. I told him that we needed it done as quickly as possible since the house was be put on the market. He came out the next day to measure and look over the job, called me that evening with a price, which was extremely reasonable, I gave him the go ahead and he had everything done by Friday! He did a fantastic job, the gate is great, just what we needed, no mess, great price very professional and a really nice guy!!! I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks David.

We've had a low-height brick wall all around our large-sized front property, for many years. The brick wall was installed with tall pilasters, every ten feet or so, so that we could install wrought iron fencing between the pilasters (on top of the brick wall). In addition, we wanted sliding gates to cover each end of our circular driveway. I got more than a few bids thru the years, but they were always just way too expensive. Finally, I heard about Dave and called him. He went over everything with us. He didn't try to get us to upgrade or to go more expensive. Rather, he helped us keep the cost low. His prices were very good, and we could tell that he knew what he was doing. We hired him. We LOVE how it turned out. Quality work! Quality vender! We think of him every evening when we sit out on our front porch, all securely "locked in" our yard, with the dogs out running around.
