Luis is very knowledgeable and it was easy to to get an understanding of what I needed and how much money I had for my project, he gave me many options and ideas, his workers are very professional and dedicated people. I am very happy with their work and will hire them again.

Luis and his guys are great. I have had them build 2 concrete gate openings. Plus I have had Luis fix some miscellaneous things around the place. Stucco and plumbing. They are always on time and do great work.

I love my backyard, new bushes and trees. The alumiwood covered patio is used all year round. Drip irrigation in the decorative pots. Beautiful!

I have been having Louis the owner do work for me and family members for over 20 years. He is very professional , knowledgeable and honest. His prices are fair and the completed work has always been excellent. All the workers that Louis sends out are all very professional and knowledgeable. Landscaping, remodeling bathrooms, tile flooring and leveling concrete slab, dry wall and painting Louis and Kings has done it all for me and I have always been pleased. Louis is some one I trust and when I need work done I aiways call him.

Contractor did a terrific job. The crew left the work area cleaned up every day and the project turned out great . I loved it so much I had them do additional work in the kitchen!

We had numerous contractors out here to give us a bid and Luis (the owner) and his crew stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Luis made sure that all of our initial concerns were addressed and came up with a design that we continue to get many compliments on. The quality of their work is outstanding and the price was more than fair. From Luis to Mario ( his foreman) and the rest of the crew you will not find a better team to work with. We cannot recommend them highly enough

Luis and his team did lots of work for us. Remodeled our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. We also had a new patio poured and replaced our windows. He was finished on time and all his workers were great to work with. Very happy with the results.

Very professional, showed up in time and completed the work thoroughly. Only challenge was I believe they were over priced for the service provided.

Kings completed all areas of landscape work to include concrete, deck resurface, patio cover, nee patio doors, garage entrance door, stone work, stucco, paint, trees, shrubs, irrigation. The owner Luis was hands on and had an awesome crew. Work completed in a timely manner. Recommended to neighbors.

Luis Lozoya was terrific. He came to my house to see the job then provided a written estimate. I had to wait for HOA approval but as soon as I got it, Luis scheduled his crew the next day. The workers were friendly and did a great job.

They listened to what is was the picture in my head what I wanted my bathroom to look like. The came back with a design and loved it. The finished product was amazing.

Luis and his team are very professional. Everything was as they said it was going to be. They did a major project in my backyard that included synthetic grass, retaining walls, irrigation and planting. I would recommend this company to anybody looking to have work done on their house.
