Plumbers Diego and Luis replaced two sinks, two faucets, a new kitchen faucet and new shower valve system. Their work was quick and quiet, efficient and professional. They were very respectful and answered all my questions. 702PlumbingAir is now my go-to plumber for all my future repairs.

Showed up day early and replaced old gas line with new gas line and installed new dryer. Very professional and very efficient.

There was one little "hiccup" in the installation of a tankless water heater, but it was corrected immediately after I reported it to them.

I work with a lot of contractors in town and try to be reasonable. I know its thankless work. But these folks were not transparent, which as a lawyer, really aggravates me. Because I know that if Im taken advantage of, there are dozens of other folks who are, too, but cant stand up for themselves. These plumbers came out and gave me an estimate for a major sink install that seemed high, so I spent some time getting other quotes. The 702 folks said they would match a lower quote I found, and because they had already come out to do the estimate, I gave the project to them. I should also say they were friendly throughout the process. Once they had already finished the install, they tacked on additional costs pushing the total to even more than they originally quoted (and far more than the quote they said they would match). The reason? Because they chose to install a sink that needed additional parts to work for our kitchen. Did they tell me before the install to make sure I was ok with added costs? No. They installed it anyway and then told me to pay the extra (or finish the project myself). Again, I can deal with poor customer service. I can deal with things going wrong. But when a company tells you one thing and then charges you something different, it's aggravating. I didn't pick the sink they installed, so obviously their choice to install the wrong-sized sink isn't something I have control over. That they charged us for their mistake is a big red flag in my book. I can't recommend other folks go with them. And we certainly won't be in the future.

They were very flexible with my work schedule. I was able to get a same day appointment. The work was completed. They were accommodating and efficient.

These guys are great! Timely, professional, very easy to work with! Extremely reasonably priced. Came in at 1/3 of another bid that I had received. Did not compromise on the quality of work. Had to have my driveway excavated to reach issues in the sewage drainage system. Concrete ended up around my neighborhood cubs and street. Called and asked them to rectify that situation. They were quickly responsive and even Matt, the supervisor, came out himself. Always impressed when the boss isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty! Highly recommend more than I can express!

Came on time at the appointed date. Did an excellent job. These people are easy to work with.

Very prompt. They showed up the same day and also put a workaround in place until the new water heaters could be installed, so we had the water supply in the house. Overall excellent service and good quality work.

Quick and fast response. Their quote was $200 cheaper than the other referred company. I think once they opened the wall and saw what they needed to do, the price should have been reduced. Otherwise, I would highly recommend them.
