They installed flooring in two rooms. 5 Star rating. They followed up to make sure everything went well. We actually have them coming back to touch up a few things.

Salesman was very rude and disrespectful.

Rep showed up on time and was very courteous. Gave us a fair price on flooring for my sons room. Installation went flawlessly. The installers showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves.

Greg was very knowledgeable and answer all my questions, very professional.

They were prompt and quick and did an excellent job from start to finish taking away the old carpet/pad

Bad Customer service, no communication with us when their contractor did not show 2nd day after job was not completed. They collected all the payments upfront. No link to make payment, I had to call on the phone to submit my payment information. No accommodation for the customer's payment information. When you call them, no one has information about When the job will be completed.

Candice is very professional and cares about her customers. I also want to thank Candice's boss for taking care of a few issues. Both Candice and her boss were hands-on and provided fantastic customer service.

Horrifically bad customer service!!! When you call the toll-free number, they will put you on hold to contact the local office, but after several calls to their main customer service number, never once did anybody locally answer the phone!! THEY CAN NOT EVEN GET THEIR OWN LOCAL OFFICE PERSONNEL TO ANSWER THE PHONE. Plus, after the customer service rep attempted contacting the repair tech (several times) - guess what? No one answered. Wow. What a surprise. Today was supposed to be the SECOND time they were scheduled to come stretch our hallway carpet, mainly due to the fact that the original installation was not done correctly; wrinkles appeared and the first time they came the idiot tech apparently did not know what he was doing, because now the wrinkles have reappeared, worse than before! And, we discovered that he had STAPLED parts of the hallway carpet we have pulled up numerous staples that had come loose. So, today: we were told a tech was scheduled for today, but they would not commit to a specific time; we received an automated call around 8:30 am which said that we were second in line and that the tech would call and let us know when he would be headed our way. Well at 6 pm no one had, shown. No call, no show. WE WASTED OUR ENTIRE DAY OFF WAITING FOR THIS GUY. We have placed a complaint with their corporate office, and will pursue that course of action, among others. Had we known how incredibly BAD their customer service is, if we had done our research like we usually do, we would HAVE NEVER hired this company to install our carpet. Lesson learned. Do not make the same mistake that we did. And: view the 5.0 reviews with a healthy dose of skepticism.

I think Home Advisor is a great company but I think they should remove Empire Today, so no one will get victimized. Do not deal with Empire Today. They will give you a headache and hard to reach them. UPDATE 07/16/2021: HomeAdvisor recommends EMPIRE TODAY IN LAS VEGAS They just took my deposit... they rescheduled me thrice and on the fourth time they come with missing materials so they did not install it and the technician they sent was so rude... I called 10 times until I get hold of them, the lady on the phone promised me good things but did not materialze...no phone calls, no emails... just disappeared. Do NOT ever deal with EMPIRE TODAY... they will asking for a deposit and then disappear. So sad HOME-ADVISOR cannot help me to get back my deposit!

If I could 0 stars I would!I just had LVP vinyl planking installed last month. It has now scratched everywhere. But there not real scratches its a layer of vinyl thats rubbing off to look like scratches. They have sent 1 contractor to my home to inspect. She said they were defective. Then they lied and said she did not say that. Then they sent out there install manger, and he said they should not be doing that. So I called today and manager said he did not say that. They keep putting down on paper work that I used wood polish. Which I have never said. They do that to make it seem like I did something wrong. I have never polished anything in my life. For them to continue deflect blame on me is unprofessional and wrong. Now I have superficial scratches all over and at first they blamed the manufacturer now there saying there scratches. Even though install manager said more then once in front of my entire family this floor is not holding up to standard. There resolution is for me to pay for new flooring and pay them to reinstall it. This company will play games and over promise and under deliver. Now i have dispute $10,800 in charges with my credit card company. They also flip flop from corporate to local level for responsibility. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEAD ACHE! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

The crew arrived at 9am worked neat and organized. Buy 2 they had the carpet and molding removed and the new Vinyl planking was all installed. At 4 pm the next crew arrived and finished all the molding and installed a new toilet. Out by 6 pm great job by both crews. Definitely would recommend them.

Good job, but timeliness was a small issue. I would still recommend.
