Since I had the original carpet installed, he was able to repair the two areas my dogs destroyed. It looked great and then he cleaned up the repair area. Excellent worker.

Edgar texted before his arrival. He arrived on time. He looked at the area of our 2 yr old carpeting that required stretching. He provided an estimate that we felt was fair for the size of the job and since he had all the required tools with him, started and finished the job. He took his time and made sure to stretch in the proper directions and all the way to the walls. Edgar is professional and personable. If/When the need arises, we will definitely rehire him for our flooring needs.

Edgar was super responsive when I reached out to his company. He set up a date and time to fix my carpet. He text me the same day of the repair to tell me he was on his way. My carpet fix turned out to be a bit more difficult than expected but Edgar had the supplies on hand to get the job done right. It cost a tiny bit extra but it was the difference in doing it right the first time and hiring him again down the line when it would have inevitably became a problem again.
