"Kings owner, Louis, is truly a friend to his clients. One day I was on a hunting trip on an island in Northern Michigan waiting for the ferry. The lake was rough, the ferry wasn't running, and I was afraid I wouldn't make it back to the mainland in time to catch my flight back home to Las Vegas. Then I got a call from the HOA; the fire department had broken down the door to a rental condo and taken away our tenant. "Our security guard is waiting in the unit on overtime pay with the tenant's dog. Please come and take care of it right away." I didn't know what to do, so I called Louis.
