"These guys went above and beyond my expectations. Ricardo was in charge of my project which included landscaping both my front and back yard. They installed retaining walls, stairs, a river bed, artificial turf, plants, irrigation, the whole 9 yards. Both my front and back yard were just desert dirt and they are now both absolutely beautiful. The communication from pricing to design to execution were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking to transform any area into an oasis."

"Deteriorated company. I have been a long time customer of Cacti. However, since 2020 the quality of their service has greatly deteriorated. There has been multiple occasions where the crew they sent serviced my neighbor’s house. In addition to that, there were multiple occasions where the crew simply didn’t clean my backyard. I have a Ring system and after checking you can see a Cacti member enter my backyard, looked around, and walk back out. Nothing was cleaned. When you call customer service, don’t expect an apology instead be prepare to provide proof via pictures. When the Cacti crew does perform the service, it is nothing short of sloppy. I gave them 3 years to resolve their issues but it has not improve so I am now changing provider."

Once management reviewed the issues, they agreed to fix the issues in a timely manner. Then, we received no contact for several weeks until I left a message with their answering service. Then, the following day, they drained my pool and had someone come out to start fixing areas that were not an issue. My pool set empty for over a month while they tried to fix the issues, finally I decided my pool needed to have water in it before more issues I am not happy with repairs of my NEW POOL and now we have additional issues from what they tried to fix. I am a firm believer in repeat business, and this is my 2nd pool with Anthony & Sylvan Pool. My first home pool was awesome, but this has been nothing but poor project managing. And we look forward to the contractor board investigation and would highly recommend that you consider not using Anthony & Sylvan Pools for your new pool needs."

"Scheduling the work was a major issue,, as they are busy, I choose a busy time of the year to install. The patio cover went up well, and looks fantastic. They also installed optional LED lighting, complete with dimmer switches."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Contracted at 2 Months for work, but took 7 months. Had to get with Legal Council and stopped work, until upper management (Office and field) would do the agreed upon tasks they had backed out on last minute, that was previously agreed upon. Do not accept anything from them unless in writing! They will refuse to put it in written even when asked directly in written, just will ghost you when asked or repsond to something else and never acknowledged it in writing. But will agree verbally or in person regularly, then back out at time to do the work weeks or months later. Happened regular during this job! Used Car Salesman Tacks by management!! Respond every few days or week later even when following up on things often. Wrong stone installed, put breakers back forgetting to wire back into electrical panel resulting no power for couple days, forgot to glue PVC piping underground and questioned if did with a response it was done but dug up to check finding was not done resulting in entire yard being dug back out to redo all underground piping! You will need to have inspectors hired for each stage to find all their errors! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"
