Deteriorated company. I have been a long time customer of Cacti. However, since 2020 the quality of their service has greatly deteriorated. There has been multiple occasions where the crew they sent serviced my neighbor’s house. In addition to that, there were multiple occasions where the crew simply didn’t clean my backyard. I have a Ring system and after checking you can see a Cacti member enter my backyard, looked around, and walk back out. Nothing was cleaned. When you call customer service, don’t expect an apology instead be prepare to provide proof via pictures. When the Cacti crew does perform the service, it is nothing short of sloppy. I gave them 3 years to resolve their issues but it has not improve so I am now changing provider.

Jose arrived within the designated time block. He was very personable, capable and helpful. He didn't mind that I wanted to see what he was doing so I could gain some of his knowledge. He took care of all the problems I had noticed and had some suggestions for further yard work and plantings. I was very satisfied with his work and would definitely call them again for additional work.

Great. We have a bi-weekly service done and they are amazing. They show up on time and make the yard look like new, especially after those windy Vegas nights. If they cannot show up, they will reach out with an email. I would highly recommend them for yard work or irrigation matanance.

I've always been satisfied with the work that Cacti has done for me. I now have their monthly service which I'm very pleased with. I don't know what I'd do without them.

They have provided landscaping services for me for over 5 years now. Monthly service includes weed removal, irrigation check, trim and reshape Italian Cypress trees. Each month they review what needs to be done and do it without my having to ask! The guys are professional, pleasant and do an outstanding job.

They arrived on time and completed the work to my satisfaction.

These guys are great! They made everything very easy and the yard looks wonderful.

They keep my rental property looking nice. If I need anything specific done to satisfy the HOA, they are on top of it. They help keep my property value up.

I own several properties and use only Cacti Landscaping. They come, clean away debris, trim trees, check my sprinklers and even saw off dead tree branches. Fast and efficient.

Great! They blow out leaves, etc., trim shrubs that need it and low tree branches. The price is right and they do an awesome job.

I have rental properties in Las Vegas NV and I needed a Licensed Bonded company with Legal and vetted employees working on my properties, for liability and legality reasons. I found Cacti and Brett from my mom, she has used them for a dozen years and has always had excellent results. I gave them a call and I can tell you that the entire team is first rate and the work is good too. The only regret: they don't own any lawn mowers or cut grass, but do fine on Desertscapes. Cliff

I love that they never miss our monthly schedule, they respond to my email requests of work or repairs to our irrigation system very quickly, and their rates have not gone up very much over the many years we have had them. Also, we know that when we refer them to our friends and neighbors, they too are very satisfied with them. We also like that they take away all debris and not leave it bagged at the street. They try hard to please their customers.

Great, it took a while to schedule, but they showed up as scheduled and did a super job, and cleaned up as well. A+ in my mind.

Made appointment three times the first time was time 12-4 was to early and said he would come back later! no show the next day I called and the receptionist she wanted to argue about the time, I didn't, set up two more appointments, no call, no show!! disappointed I have used this company in the past and they were excellent!

System was repaired and inspected. I will call them again when needed.

The service was great. I called agreed on a day and time. Midmorning on the agreed day, three men arrived and went right to work. They cleaned up all leaves and weeds around my entire house. When the men finished, they walked me through what they had done to verify I was happy. The men were all professional, clean, and respectful. Based on my experience I would hire them again. I plan on having an estimate for landscaping my yard and will definitely call Cacti.

We hired this company to do a clean up of the yard. They required pre-payment for this, which my husband did. He was told that on the morning the service was to be performed (Saturday), to call to get a time window for when the crew would be there. He called for approx. 3 hours, only getting the company after hours service. He finally left a message letting them know how upset he was. when this company rep, Melinda?, finally called him, she gave us the runaround, telling him that they never have anyone in the office on Saturday, and hat it must have been the 'new girl'. I told her we wanted a refund because of their dishonesty, and was told by her that they don't give refunds. After my husband spoke with the owner Monday morning, he was promised a refund check would be sent. Still no refund has arrived, 2 weeks later. I would be very. very careful with this company, and NEVER pay them on advance. They are not trustworthy.

We previously used them for the back yard and they were amazing. The employees are professional, take great pride in their work, are friendly, and do whatever it takes to make sure everything is perfect. Prices and services are excellent and I would highly recommend them.

I have a third acre front and back yard that Cacti comes once monthly for yard maintenance. In addition, they periodically come to fertilize and do weed control (extra cost). They also periodically inspect/repair/replace irrigation issues, as needed. I have always found them to be efficient, professional and neat. They always accommodate any special requests for trimming, etc. My yard costs $79/mo. Recently, I had them replace/add rocks to my front and back yards. In total, they added 16 tons of rocks and rebuilt a small river rock stream in the front. 5 men came on the designated day and spent 5 hours unloading/spreading/watering down the rocks. They did a fantastic job. I was very impressed by their neatness/professionalism. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable/reasonable landscape company for your yard.

They have a longer than I expected wait to get the regular service started, and they don't mow lawn areas. Getting past those two issues, I am very happy with all aspects of their actual b-weekly service.

I have used Cacti for a number of yrs now and they are professional, friendly and aim to please. They somehow manage to get up all the endless leaves. It looks so pretty when they've been here and you enjoy your place more. True you pay them but these guys endeavor to do a good job for us. They're fast, have the experience & right equipment so why do it yourself?They have also trimmed my bushes so pretty; I don't have that knack. Bret the owner is awesome and tries to accommodate special requests if given enough notice. Great team!
