"Mr. White, We apologize for the inconvenience of having three leaves floating in your pool and some around it from the pictures attached. There is a wall that separates your yard and the yard we were working on that made it impossible for our workers to know that there were leaves in your backyard. Next time come over and let us know that you would like us to pick up what was blown in your yard and we would be more than happy to clean that up. If you need maintenance work on your back yard we give free estimates and have very competitive prices and we do great work. Thank you for your time and we will be attentive."
