They took out all dead landscaping, removed dead existent sod, removed and replaced over 12 tons of rock, installed over 3k sqft of turf, installed several hundred sqft of pavers, replaced all irrigation lines, and replanted new trees and shrubs. "Cody did an amazing job. They are experts at designing and installing water features and installing pavers. For our pavers, they laser leveled and compacted the existing soil, laid down and compacted a base material (chat) and took the time necessary to install the pavers perfectly. Because of the special attention paid to setting the grade, rain water runs off of the patio as planned, away from the house and pool. The gaps, where the pavers butted up to an irregular shaped boulder, are tighter than I thought could be done. If getting the job done right is a priority, call Cody at Aspired Custom Creations."
