"I called Steve to get a quote to have rock put into my backyard and to have a small retaining wall removed. He showed up earlier than the scheduled date. The estimate was more than reasonable. He was also able to get the job done before scheduled date. His men were very polite and respectful. I had some artificial turf and 10 tons of rock laid. The job was done in 2 days. "I do not know where to start because my experience with J & G Concrete Services was SO fabulous from beginning to end! It was so refreshing to find a company that truly cared and valued what they could provide. It began with my reach out to Angie's List for a contractor to repair my concrete/pool decking after a repair of a water leak under one of my patios. Javier read my request and reached out to me July 4th a holiday! He then went by to evaluate the next day, the fifth ,of a holiday weekend and assured me they could take care of everything including all repairs and painting . They showed up bright and early each day,Anthony was amazing, they worked as promised and finished a job most could not guarantee or appear to know how to use the correct materials.The companies pricing was very fair and the results are flawless! I'm just trying to think of another project they could help me with. You can not be disappointed with hiring this company they are few who work as they do."

"They had a nice design for our yard and were easy to deal with UNTIL they got our last payment. There is a light assembly that has not worked and they dug the holes for 7 plants that they never found. But it?s been over a month and my texts and voicemails have not been responded to. Literally no response. Not sure what happened but both Craig Sr and Jr disappeared right after getting that last check and haven?t been heard from since. Side note, after they were done we did notice that they buried previously used sprinkler lines without capping them. Noticed when we had wet spots around our yard. That part of the yard was done on their last day here so kind of fits what went on. Crazy, because would have been a 5 star review had they even responded, but I gave them a month to give them every opportunity but nothing. "

"Todd was fantastic to work with, so very efficient. Always showed up when he said, made terrific recommendations. His workers were so good and everything was done as quoted. They kept their work area clean and left it in great condition. I couldn't be happier with the work they performed. Had one issue with lighting and they returned promptly and fixed this minor issue."

"On the day of the job, the Owner dropped off the workers who completed the job in one day. The workers were not supervised & placed new NON-matching pebbles in other areas on border of patio and the driveway. The pebbles were still protruding. The glaze was supposed to be smooth, however walking on the patio was not possible barefoot. I pointed this out to the owner & demanded another coat of glaze which he agreed with. Owner and I have been in contact, He assured me that that he would correct the black spots on the patio border as well as the large one on the driveway. He has informed me that he cannot find the correct color pebble to repair their mistake. This has been going on for 2 weeks. He keeps me waiting while he brings others with him to continuously analyze the situation. I am concerned that he will disappear without meeting his obligation."
