"I do not know where to start because my experience with J & G Concrete Services was SO fabulous from beginning to end! It was so refreshing to find a company that truly cared and valued what they could provide. It began with my reach out to Angie's List for a contractor to repair my concrete/pool decking after a repair of a water leak under one of my patios. Javier read my request and reached out to me July 4th a holiday! He then went by to evaluate the next day, the fifth ,of a holiday weekend and assured me they could take care of everything including all repairs and painting . They showed up bright and early each day,Anthony was amazing, they worked as promised and finished a job most could not guarantee or appear to know how to use the correct materials.The companies pricing was very fair and the results are flawless! I'm just trying to think of another project they could help me with. You can not be disappointed with hiring this company they are few who work as they do."

"They had a nice design for our yard and were easy to deal with UNTIL they got our last payment. There is a light assembly that has not worked and they dug the holes for 7 plants that they never found. But it?s been over a month and my texts and voicemails have not been responded to. Literally no response. Not sure what happened but both Craig Sr and Jr disappeared right after getting that last check and haven?t been heard from since. Side note, after they were done we did notice that they buried previously used sprinkler lines without capping them. Noticed when we had wet spots around our yard. That part of the yard was done on their last day here so kind of fits what went on. Crazy, because would have been a 5 star review had they even responded, but I gave them a month to give them every opportunity but nothing. "

"Deteriorated company. I have been a long time customer of Cacti. However, since 2020 the quality of their service has greatly deteriorated. There has been multiple occasions where the crew they sent serviced my neighbor’s house. In addition to that, there were multiple occasions where the crew simply didn’t clean my backyard. I have a Ring system and after checking you can see a Cacti member enter my backyard, looked around, and walk back out. Nothing was cleaned. When you call customer service, don’t expect an apology instead be prepare to provide proof via pictures. When the Cacti crew does perform the service, it is nothing short of sloppy. I gave them 3 years to resolve their issues but it has not improve so I am now changing provider."

"$100,000 hole in the ground I’m not sure how A&S pools has any good reviews. I can only assume they were written after a bribe offer as one was offered to me too, but I did not respond. Zero customer service, lengthy delays for missing parts and extended employee absences with zero communication, failed inspections, broken equipment and unanswered warranty calls. (Equipment is still broken) The design photos of my pool showed tile around the spa, but they only tiled one side. When I asked the project manager when they were coming out to tile the rest, he literally laughed out loud in front of me. True, it wasn’t in the contract, but it wasn’t reviewed verbally and the images I was shown had tile all around. It’s not about the money, it’s about being honest, communicative, responsible business people and Anthony & Sylvan Pools is not. Buyer beware."
