Did a great job at a fair price. I really felt like he was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of everything and different options. He was also just a really nice guy! Highly recommend!

From start to finish the professionalism and customer service were outstanding!! I’ve used many contractors in the past and Charles is by far over and above anyone I’ve ever worked with. Google search lead me to Angie’s list where I found WB Pest Control. Charles called me within minutes of my request. Arrived at my home an hour later for an estimate. Performed a thorough assessment of my home, property and environment and explained my situation in detail and how to resolve my pigeon congregation issue. Charles came back three days later to set up deterrents. I highly recommend this company for any pest control issues you have in the Vegas area.

This company is great. The response was fast and the work was completed in good time. I’ve found many don’t clean up after a job and that’s not what happened here I should have made them clean my whole driveway. I will definitely call this company again.

Charles and Sadie are now my friends. They are very personable. More important they did a great job. They took many before and after pictures. Charles and Sadie came to help us get rid of nesting pigeons. They were so very professional, and yet so personable and patient with us (my husband and I are both disabled). They both handled "the unexpected" that so often comes with this type of work, and accomplished excellent solutions!! We certainly would recommend these folks to friends and family!!

My house was a real mess! I have solar panels. There was a nest under one of the panels. My roof was covered in pigeon poo. I had 2 dead birds up there. Charles and Sadie came and cleaned up my whole roof! It took them 3 hours just to power wash my whole roof! They installed the pigeon guard around all my panels. They installed a line along the edges so the birds will not want to perch. The line is hardly visible. I do not have spikes all over my house. They cleaned up everything all around the house that came off the roof too. I am so happy with getting this service done! Pigeons are a real problem where I live! This was not going to go away on its own! Charles has a lot of knowledge about this serious problem. He also replies to you immediately! I totally recommend Charles and Sadie of WB PEST CONTROL!

Charles is very professional. They did what they promised. They did a good job.

Charles and Sadie installed a post and net enclosure around our rooftop AC units. Initially it was 7â high. When we requested that it be reduced to 5â after seeing it, they readily agreed. They also installed a bird repellent wire on the roof peak and bird barriers at 3 roof alcoves. They are very professional in their work and very personable individuals. I recommend them and W B Pest Control!

Everything about using WB Pest Control was amazing. We worked with Charles and Sadie and they were fantastic. They came out when they said they would, they did the work quickly and efficiently but most of all effectively. Hired to deal with a bird issue. Outside of simply fixing the issue, they also provided great education as to why the birds were a problem in our specific situation. Kind, respectful, our pool company said this was the cleanest bird removal they have seen.
