DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We hired them to do some simple repairs and replace our water heater - I just found out that not only is the water heater not suitable for our mobile home, nothing they did with installing it is up to code and is downright dangerous, as it is releasing carbon monoxide inside our home!!! When they replaced our toilet parts and our door lock, neither worked that night and I had to have them come back TWO MORE TIMES to fix these simple things.

Great first experience with ZZYZX Construction. A friend of mine recommended them after remodeling two bathrooms at his house. Cherish and the ZZYZX team were as advertised and more. Their scoping document is so detailed and encompassed all the requests that were made. Cherish came in prepared with her own design ideas and samples of wall and floor tiles. We ended up going with her recommendations and the result was fabulous. We will be using them again on future home projects, small and big.

We interviewed multiple Contractors before we came across ZZYZX Construction. Once I met Cherish I knew we finally found the right Contractor for our kitchen remodel project. She asked all the right questions and displayed knowledge and confidence well beyond her years. Our scope included Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, Gas, Drywall and Texture. The ZZYZX execution team were prompt, professional, honest and timely. The work completed swiftly with out cutting corners and installed per local code requirements. The team kept our project clean and organized for the duration. They provided constant communication to keep us in the loop always. We have 2-3 other projects we will move forward with after the new year and I look forward to using ZZYZX Construction again. They are Nevada licensed, bonded and insured. They did a complete bathroom remodel for us including, tiled shower, custom made cabinetry, flooring, toilet, the works! The result was fantastic! This team knows what they are doing, are fast, knowledgeable, on time, and will keep you informed on progress. Even with some supply chain issues, as back ordered product came in, they made immediate time to complete! HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. Cherish kept us informed at all times on the arrival of parts and supplies, and assisted us greatly in selecting the shower, cabinets, flooring, paint, and all other parts for the project. I used this company 5 years ago when I did some remodeling. When a plumbing leak ruined my bathroom ceiling, a friend recommended someone else. After a week and a half, money paid, and a torn-up bathroom with insulation all over the floor and counter, I called Bill. He came right away, gave me a fair estimate of work, completed it ahead of schedule, and I can't tell there was ever a problem. And the bathroom was left without any loose insulation or excess dust. The paint was perfectly matched and professionally applied. Want it done well? Call this family-owned business. They are professional, and they are local. I like supporting local businesses, especially when they are so professional.

Absolutely horrible! I wish I could upload the photos of their work on to this site. I hired them to do a finished door opening. The wood they used on the opening was finished in two different ways. One piece of wood had a square edge while the other had a round edge. (You can buy a kit with all the pieces at Home Depot for $24.) There were 1/4 inch gaps that they opened up when they took the original door out and did't shim to cover this up. They were supposed to come back to address the problems on Sat Feb 22. I Sat around the house waiting to find out that the owner was out at the NASCAR races. He finally came back on the 29th to finish the job. His team stayed for 2 hours and said they had to be at another job and would come back on Thursday March 5. That said on Sunday the 23rd of February I mailed them a check for $200 and told them never to come back and redid the work myself.

Bill and his crew Stewart and Jose did a fantastic job. Cherish has a great eye for finishing touches. I'm very happy with my new , beautiful kitchen. I would definitely recommend them.

Work was completed in a timely matter. All work was professionally i stalled and cleaned up as if they were never there. New owner of my house request Zzzyzx because the work was so impressive. This is the company to hire for any work you need done.

They were very professional and honest about what they were providing and the time line. On time, with in budget and great quality of workmanship. I have more work to be done on what we call phase three and I would not go to any other contractor. Bill the owner also has a great sense of humor and his team is phenomenal. Cherish had great input on design working with my wife that we really appreciated. Stewarts and Jose's work ethic and quality to detail was above and beyond the norm. With this being our first experience doing a major remodel we could not have been more lucky to find this company as the say, you get what you pay for. 5 stars is not high enough in my book

After Bill came, I received a very high estimate to install 2 1/2 sized doors that made up 1 complete space covering between rooms. I told Bill he was too expensive for me so he lowered the bill by $75.00 (from the labor charge). He was still higher than my other estimates but, for some reason I trusted what he told me & the job would be as desired. He was to do the job the following week on a Weds., but to call me the Tues. before to tell me the time of arrival. I waited all day for the call that never came, so I called him. He told me the doors hadn't come in yet. (Thanks for letting me know), and he would call me the next Tues. to do the job that Weds. I agreed to a week's extension. Call never came, so, I once again, called him and was given a time for weds. for job to get done. His son, Stewart, and his worker Jose came ready to install doors. Turned out he brought the WRONG DOORS. Stewart called his father, Bill, to come to view the error. He came and they removed the doors. I asked Stewart to bring in the handles he had so I could see them to make sure they were right. Stewart assured me they were, & the all left with the promise of getting the CORRECT DOORS, call me on Tues with a time to come on Weds. to do the job. (No call on tues, but did get one on Weds. saying they got in the doors to install that day.) I got a call from Bill that night telling me the HANDLES ARE WRONG and he ordered the correct ones, but wanted to charge me additional $120.00 for them. No way!!!! I had already paid for Handles when I paid for materials, which I did tell Bill and he said he would work it out. He sure did that when he said he was doing me a favor charging me $40 extra. I did give in just to get this job done. It was already a month since from visit for estimate This time there were 4 people - Stewart, Jose, Bill & his granddaughter to swipe card for payment of balance due after I had paid by Discover for the $$$ for materials. Too many cooks in the kitchen to see what was happening. The doors were finally installed and seemed to be ok. Next day I went to admire them and saw they were once again the WRONG DOORS. They were supposed to be "textured" and off white, but needless to say, they were Shiny and Smooth and bright White. I contacted Bill to let him know and he said they no longer made these doors showing the Grain in the wood. I tested him and emailed him asking why I wasn't informed and have yet to received a reply. I did mention that we both know that I would NOT have had this job done with doors I didn't order. His granddaughter swiped my Discover card for the balance due (I figured job was finally done right), promising to email a receipt for the amount of balance being paid. Icing on cake ... still waiting for receipt. Won't hold my breath. Suggestion: IF you are going to hire these people MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERY DETAIL IN WRITING BEFORE JOB IS DONE. I hired ZZYZX to drywall a 12' x 20' Tuff Shed. Bill, the owner, was helpful and congenial. The bid was $1605 with $1280 of that being labor. I thought that a little high, but I knew it was a small job so I figured that was the reason. He told me it would take 3 days with labor starting on a Monday. He arrived on the Monday he said he would and measured, and his son and another worker, Jose, delivered the materials later that day, a total that day of less than an hour. Jose and another worker arrived Tuesday morning before 8 AM and started the actual job. The second worker left in mid-afternoon leaving Jose alone to finish that day's work. Jose arrived Wednesday before 8 AM and finished the Job mid-afternoon. When I checked the shed before he left, I found that the floor was completely covered in white drywall chalk as well as just outside the shed door. When I asked Jose about this he told me he didn't have a hose to clean the outside (I did of course), and then he told me how to clean the inside. Also, the walls were still covered in the powder from sanding. Jose also gave me advise on how to clean that. Then I noticed that he had re-installed my lighting in a different order than I had it before. When I brought this to his attention, he just smiled and nodded, but did not offer to make it right. (I found later that one of my lights with a chain pull on/off switch no longer turned off with the chain since they did the job.) It appeared that Jose was in a hurry to leave to get to another job. But for $1280 labor cost, I believe I received, on the outside, a total of about 22 hours worth. Even if Jose had spent another two hours cleaning up the mess and returning the lights to their proper locations, it would have figured out to be about $53 an hour. The drywall work they did was great, and the people I dealt with were very nice. If they had cleaned up the mess when they were done, I would have been happy to give ZZYZX 5 stars all the way. But now I'm stuck cleaning it all up and moving and repairing a light fixture. They do good work, but make sure you ask about cleanup before they start if you are going to hire them.

ZZyZX installed a dog door in my garage. This wasnt a traditional door, this was a super large dog door for my 175 lb dog. The guys worked around my schedule, came early to help me out and did a great job. I did a poor job of planning this project but the installers easily fixed the problem and got my door installed safely. The end result was great. The price was well below what I expected. I would recommend them and I plan to use them again in the future.
