"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Dale, one of the owners of Budget Blinds, came out to speak to me about trying to solve my West-facing window problem.  We ended up ordering and installing 6 motorized blinds and one door blind.  Unexpectedly, the company was able to match the blinds that I already had in the house.  Dale was very  helpful in giving me all of the information needed so that I could make some informed decisions on the motorization.  Installation was completed on Thursday; however, there were some issues that needed to be addressed.  I sent Dale a message regarding these issues and he called me right back and showed up today, Saturday with two other people.  They quickly resolved the concerns and left me and my husband very happy and satisfied with their work and warranty.  I would recommend Budget Blinds to anyone.

The ease of communication with Mr Reule and all of the workmen and their openess to concerns and questions was impressive. The replacement of the old skylights required some adaptation of the original odd framing, but the new skylights fit perfectly. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
