Several of the ones that I spoke to mentioned that it was usually used as a coating over a leaking roof, but not as a main roof material. I tried to do some research on-line, but I couldn't find enough information to feel comfortable with having them do my roof with it. They did offer a price that was about 60% of a traditional tar-and-gravel flat roof job."

Chris came back on day 2 and finished the job. Ramon told us from the beginning it would be a 2-day job. Chris was diligent about cleaning up each day.
