They put a new roof on our house that had not leaked for 16 years it was just old. With in 6 years after the new roof was put on our house started leaking around the skylight, around the stovepipe. The shingles started coming off the roof. I called them to come fix it. They promised many times to come take care of the problems. They showed up to the house 2 times looked at the problem. My 78 h year old husband had to get up on the roof and paint around the areas that were leaking. Nothing has been done to fix our roof. Tim Dobbins promised many times to come fix our roof he has done nothing.

It took a bit for them to show up, probably due to other ongoing jobs, but when Roger Chee, Tom, and others showed up, they were here early, took an afternoon break from the sun, and stayed late, doing a superior job, in my estimation. I was impressed with Roger Chee, 35 years experience, quiet, unassuming, thorough.

Installation of new roof was the result of getting three bids.  Contractor pretty much showed up when he said he would.  I made the mistake of allowing him to stack shingles on top of old - I do not recommend doing this now and will never do it again.  
Our area does not get much rain - but I have had leaks from the roof ever since it was installed.  I have contacted contractor regarding leaks and he has come out on three occasions to tar, caulk, etc.  Roof still leaks.
My issue with contractor currently is that he has not followed up with me during an abnormally wet season for us, to find out if leak repair has been successful.  
 The wind recently blew off several shingles, and I have made an insurance claim.  The insurance adjuster questioned whether the nails used by contractor, when stacking shingles, were long enough.
