Worst experience ever! Harlan Harrison (HH) was sent to my home via Angi to repair a leaking roof. Entire roof replaced. Work on roof completed 11/14/22. Noticed ROOF LEAKING on 12/28/22, same area as I originally called about. Notified HH, he replied, "I'm sorry to hear that, (sad face emoji) m not in the area at the moment but as soon as the weather clears up I will have the roofer check the area above your kitchen." No further follow-up from HH & the majority of days have been clear & dry. Also, in the process of working on my roof, a worker fell through the ceiling in kitchen. Only partially repaired before I terminated services with Mr. Harrison. After arranging dates & times with HH to repair the ceiling & rearranging my schedule to be home during these times, Mr. Harrison did not show up on multiple occasions. He was not interested in repairing the damages he caused, nor does he care about correcting his inferior work as there is no further financial gain in it for him!
