Steve and his partner came out and, using sensitive sound equipment and a special blend of tracer gases injected into the plumbing  system, located the leak under our slab rather than in the wall where we heard it. Steve was able to locate the leak within a foot of where it actually was, and we subsequently had the foundation jackhammered, a hole dug several feet under our foundation, and the leak repaired by a plumber. His system is highly accurate  and we recommend him highly.

Jonas did a great job fixing a shower pan that had been installed incorrectly. He had to demo all the old tile and level the pan. He then resurfaced the base so that the water would drain properly. He sealed the pan and set the tile. The shower now drains properly and looks great!

"I needed to replace the hose bib that had a water line connector to swamp cooler, in doing so, it was found out the incorrect bib from the main house to the swamp cooler had been put on, so 2 bibs had to be replaced. Carl Wallace, the plumber who did the work , was fantastic. He was very instructive, knowledgeable and tightened my hose connection to my homemade drip system (which started this whole issue)."

"Alvin was careful to explain prior to starting work that if he required extra supplies, etc it would be on top of the Angie's price. Also, that there was the possibility that it would not be a simple replacement. I expected that. The replacement turned out to be more complicated than I'd anticipated.
The plumbing pipes for hose bibbs are installed between the vertical studs. There is supposed to be a horizontal cross brace that secures the "inside" part of the bibb  with 2 screws into the wood. Turns out, when the house was built in 1997, no cross bracing was added inside the wall, so the unsupported pipe had been shifting each time we turned the faucet on or off for the past 17 years. So, when he went to remove the outside portion, instead of "unthreading" as it should have,  the copper pipe broke off at the joint inside the wall. In order to complete the repair, Alvin needed to make an access port on the interior wall. He very carefully sawed an 8x8" piece out of the drywall, added a wood cross brace to the existing framing, secured the plumbing pipe to it, then attached the new hose bibb on the outside. After completing the repair, he carefully re-fitted the piece to the wall and used some caulk I had to cover the seam.
We were charged only for the difference in supplies, not for the additional time involved, which I was grateful for. I was also relieved that we had decided to have this done. I hate to think about some day going out to turn the hose on or off and have a fountain inside the wall.

"The company called me shortly after I bought the "deal"  and I had to get the faucet and then call them back for an appointment.  The technician called to say he could come earlier than I had expected and asked if that would be agreeable.  He introduced himself, told me a bit about the company and about what types of plumbing work they are equipped to do.  The faucet was installed and he cleaned up when he was through.
He was very professional and very likable.  He checked everything out to make sure it was working and there were no leaks.

"product is good. workers are sloppy. they left screws and sharp snips of tin in our parking area. they did a sloppy install of an air grate. they took a light bulb from a closet (to use in their portable light). I expected someone to come by and inspect their work afterward but that did not happen. I paid for them to replace aging ducts and seal the ducts but after finishing they said the old ducts were fine -- as long as I felt cool air coming out!"
