They inspected all the other joints and leak points on the whole house and added sealant to 2 other joints they found an issue with. Sent me pictures of everything they fixed, which was a good feature since I couldnâ t get on the roof to see the problems. The price was reasonable to fix a problem that could cost thousands in deck and siding rot the future. One of the biggest lessons I have learned, is to drain & get the water away from your house, water is one of the most destructive things for a home.
