"I wasn't here when they came out. The workers were good, they cleaned up and they did everything that they said they would do, and we haven't had problems since. They cleaned up like nobody had been there. We have had a continual problem with our roof leaking, and they were the first ones to figure out that we had a problem with our downspouts. They solved a longstanding problem. We replaced the roof, and it turns out that wasn't the problem."

"I hired Vargas Roofing to repair two spots on an asphalt shingle roof. He also said that he could do the gutter cleaning. He set it up for a few days later. He came on time and worked alone. Within a few hours, he had patched the roof, did the gutter cleaning, and sealed everything. He even cut some branches so they didn't hit the roof. He was respectful of my property by cleaning up the shingles and all the leaves. Having one person do both jobs really was very helpful. I would hire him again."

"Ben helped me with an insurance estimate to get the job started. When the first payment came through, I called to get him back out to discuss how we should proceed. We came to an agreement, decided to start the following week, picked out the shingles I wanted and he billed me for the first half of the job. The following Monday, his crew of 6 showed up, set up and went immediately to work. By the end of the first day, they had the entire old roof torn off, any repairs completed and new underlayment laid down and ready in case any rain came. It did rain that night, but I had no leaks due the prep work his crew did to ensure it was ready. The shingles were delivered the first afternoon, stacked on the roof and ready for the next day. They got a start on laying the new roof that first afternoon. By the time they went home the first day, everything was cleaned up and stored properly. The second day, they showed up ready to hit it early and get it done. By 1:30, they were done, cleaned up and on the road. Ben came back later to check the work of his crew, check the area to make sure they cleaned up properly and haul off the trailer with the roofing remains. Superior job done quickly and had a great crew."
