One of the biggest lessons I have learned, is to drain & get the water away from your house, water is one of the most destructive things for a home. "Overall the work was very good. One issue with a leak at a canale was addressed following the first rain event. Ben (the owner) came out frequently to review the work his staff was doing, and came out right away when the canale leak was discovered. He was determined to ensure homeowner satisfaction of the work performed. His workers were very friendly and were very good at answering the homeowner's concerns. The rarity of rain events following the roof replacement made it difficult to quickly assess the quality of their work. Recent storms helped with that."
