Our prices have dropped almost in half since 2010 with free estimates and availability all around New Mexico. "John and Chris are the best subs that my partner and I have ever worked with. They do not cut corners and won't leave something that does not have a quality look. They recently installed laminate flooring in our whole house, minus the bathrooms. Their sales woman was patient with us as we went back by their shop 3 times to sample different floor types. While they were working on it we let John know we were interested in redesigning our master bathroom and he already had ideas for us as well. They finished up the floor and it looks great. Have gotten a lot of compliments on it already. John and Chris were able to get started on the bathroom right away once the floors were done and got to a good stopping point. It took us a while to get our plumbing and drywall finished but once those were done they came back out and finished the job up quickly. It looks amazing and they did top quality work. My girlfriend loves the bathroom and spends a lot of time in it! We will be recommending East Mountain Flooring to our friends and family and will use them again when we decide to redo our guest bathroom."

"Hired Lucero Construction to repaint extensive exterior exposed wood beams, posts, and pergolas. The crew did an outstanding job and were very conscientious about masking off areas. The winds did not allow for any spraying so it all had to be done by brush. Every evening, the workers cleaned up and stored their painting equipment. They were very polite and professional, and they did a fantastic job that was challenging, to say the least. This is the third time I have used Lucero Construction and have never been disappointed in the quality of their work, craftsmanship, politeness of their workers, and cleanliness of the job site. I will use them again without hesitation."

Earl (who was referred to us by a neighbor after we put out a distress call) truly saved the day after an Albuquerque spray foam roofer did a terrible job with a new roof install and refused to fix it (even after 6 months of complaints filed with the City of Albuquerque, the NM Construction Industries Division, the NM Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau). With the utmost professionalism and general contractor know-how, Earl got our roof fixed and our home repaired...all on the bad roofer's nickel. How Earl worked that magic, we'll never know.
