"Initially, getting a quote estimate and booking a repair date was delayed, mainly due to the current Covid climate and their busy work schedule. "Fabulous. I sent pictures to Ron Jones, and he immediately assessed what we needed and told me on the phone what they would do. He gave me a date/time and his plumber was there. My husband said the plumber was very professional and knew what he was doing. He had a credit card machine with him, so we paid by credit card. We have at least two other plumbing projects, and this company will get our business. When I spoke to Ron on the phone, he was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. You can't get much better than this! And, the job was completed in a short period of time because they knew what was needed and brought everything with them. (The pictures I sent helped to diagnose the problem -- so I recommend doing that when possible.) Ron told me about how much the work would cost and said it should be less than that. And, it was. All Out Plumbing has our business in the future."

"It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.
