"We hired Javier and his crew (Juan and Cesar) to redo our wood floors (sand, seal, and coat) and to repaint our ceilings in the downstairs. We were so happy with their paint job that we extended the job to do most of the walls. In all their work, they were efficient, doing an excellent job. They also did a careful job in covering surfaces to minimize the dust and they cleaned up afterwards. On the floor, we were originally unhappy with the color of the stain they used, and Javier made a special trip to Albuquerque to consult with the wholesaler. He gave us two final examples and we chose one that came out beautifully closely matching what we had before. One of the reasons we went with All Star flooring was that they agreed to move all the furniture that was necessary, and to replace it back when the work was done. They did this with care and worked to minimize the effect on us, allowing us to use our living space as much as possible. In both the painting and the floor work, they inspected with us to find any missed spots which they corrected quickly. All in all, we were very pleased with the work they did and can highly recommend them to others. We will bring them back to do more painting in the future."

They showed up on time everyday and worked continuesly until everything was completed. The scope of work was flooring thru out the entire house, painted main living area, kitchen, dining and hall. Sanded and painted kitchen cabinets, removed 2 cabinets, did the tile backslash, installed floating shelves, replaced hardware, kitchen faucet and lighting. Stained the Vigas in the great room. The completed all this in 7 days. Moved my furniture and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Their work is top notch. They are professional, friendly,fair and honest. "Their outside work is wonderful. Yard, patios, fences, things like that are great. We did have them do some flooring on the inside and we're not very happy with this. He's a wonderful person but we had to clean on a lot of things that were wrong with it that we feel he should have cut, like some of the doorjambs weren't even. The top would be like a quarter inch to a half an inch lower than the bottom or higher than the bottom. He should have had more attention to detail but we had to point it out to him and asked him to fix.

It's only been since May and already, a part of the molding is coming out and now it looks uneven. It just doesn't look like it was a quality job on the inside. He's done our yard beautifully. I've no qualms using him outside at all but the flooring is not up to par. He didn't order some of the things that needed to be ordered. He forgot so he asked me to run down to Home Depot to order them."
