They showed up on time everyday and worked continuesly until everything was completed. The scope of work was flooring thru out the entire house, painted main living area, kitchen, dining and hall. Sanded and painted kitchen cabinets, removed 2 cabinets, did the tile backslash, installed floating shelves, replaced hardware, kitchen faucet and lighting. Stained the Vigas in the great room. The completed all this in 7 days. Moved my furniture and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Their work is top notch. They are professional, friendly,fair and honest. My house looks like a new home, I could not be more pleased with the quality of work , their attention to the details, how quickly they worked to get the job completed. I highly recommend !"

"Overall it went well. We had a few date/day changes that worked out though I stress when I need to adjust my work schedule. I work full time and have learned that I need to be on -site when work is done by independents. I also have 3 dogs that need to be managed. As a widowed and single older person, I feel a bit more protective of my space and security both during and in the future. Phillip is quite Jovial - nice 'good ol boy' affect from Texas. Very casual. I went ahead and had the work done on outside Gazebo (More an open Ramada) that got attached to existing structure so we'll see how that goes. I prefer more detailed specifications on the build. I won't use him for additional structures attached to my home until I'm retired. I could attached a photo if my son helps me but not at this time. Want to say he di modify the slatting on top to preserve existing vines as requested. Very Happy about that spec. treatment."

"I have worked with Elmer Young for about 20 years. He rebuilt and remodeled our main house in Tesuque in several stages, and also worked to remodel a property in Denver. He completed many phases including structural rebuilding about 2/3 of our house, addition of bathrooms, new kitchen, new portals, and complete reroofing of a living room and kitchen area. Elmer installed hardwood flooring, stone tile flooring, an insert fireplace, and other features. Elmer worked with me directly. Our motto was. What I could conceive, he could achieve. Because we worked on an existing house, with my wife and I live in it through the construction, it was important to schedule work, to bring different stages to completion before undertaking other stages.
