"I contacted Home Advisor who sent my name through to Kleanforce immediately. Actually I was still on the computer going through your site when the phone rang and it was Gary of Kleanforce. I couldn't believe it! This was on 3/30 and he went to inspect my mobile home on 3/31 and called me on 3/31 to tell me the results of his inspection. He now has to send it to the lab to get a definite reading on the kind of mold I have. I couldn't have asked for a quicker response nor a nicer person to contact me (Gary). I don't have the work started as yet pending the lab report but if the rest goes the way the first part of this has gone, I will be ecstatic!! I was unable to complete two questions because the project has not been started nor do I know how much it will cost. Because I couldn't submit this leaving these two questions unanswered, I have rated them with a "5" because if the rest of this project goes the way it has started, they will get a "5". You need to have a circle that indicates the project has not started."

"It went great! They were very quick to respond and get me on the schedule. Before the repair, they showed care and concern for my home by going above and beyond in preventative work. At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. "They were way beyond my expectations. Although we have a small home, we were treated as though we were owners of a large commercial company from the very beginning of the process. We were provided a written and very concise estimate. After approval, they conducted pre-construction meetings, and final project completion meeting and a walk though. Their product and service comes with an extensive warranty. We had the first phase of our roof (multi-level) completed during very inclement weather....18 degrees not considering wind chill. At every step in the project, the manager and crew reported exactly at the promised date and time. Phase I seems to have addressed the multiple leaks we were having. "Overall it went well. We had a few date/day changes that worked out though I stress when I need to adjust my work schedule. I work full time and have learned that I need to be on -site when work is done by independents. I also have 3 dogs that need to be managed. As a widowed and single older person, I feel a bit more protective of my space and security both during and in the future. Phillip is quite Jovial - nice 'good ol boy' affect from Texas. Very casual. I went ahead and had the work done on outside Gazebo (More an open Ramada) that got attached to existing structure so we'll see how that goes. I prefer more detailed specifications on the build. I won't use him for additional structures attached to my home until I'm retired. I could attached a photo if my son helps me but not at this time. Want to say he di modify the slatting on top to preserve existing vines as requested. Very Happy about that spec. treatment."

"Lou was very responsible and performed the inspection on a Saturday after I called to set it up the day before. His price was much more affordable than other inspection companies I called when shopping around, and he was available to perform the inspection the next day. Some of the other companies couldn't do the inspection till the following week. The only issue I had with the inspection was that there were a couple of errors on the final inspection report. But Lou was quick to make the required revisions to the report and apologized for his oversight, so I at least appreciated his honesty."
