"I wish that they had told me not to do it at all. They worked really hard, but they were not able to get it done. I did not know that it would cost so much to do the whole deck. It did not get the whole thing done. I was more preventative and they only did half of it. I did not know that it was going to take so long. I was only able to get half of it done, they did do what was said in the advertisement. I could not afford to have the rest of it done. It has been too difficult to deal with. I did pay for a couple of extra hours. They came out a couple of weeks after I made the purchase. The quality was good for what they were supposed to do."

You don’t need a garage door opener unless you need or desire the convenience they offer. While you may be able to open some garage doors manually, having a garage door opener makes life a lot easier. Your epoxy garage floors will last two to 10 years, depending on foot traffic and maintenance. Clean your floor regularly with a mop or a power washer using a diluted ammonia or degreaser solution. Use five ounces of ammonia per gallon of water or a half-cup of degreaser per gallon of water.

Also, sweep regularly, clean up any spills right away, and install mats in places where you expect the most foot traffic.

If your cement garage floor is sinking and cracking, your first step should be to call a local structural engineer to assess the problem. They can determine if it’s a minor amount of sinking related to normal settlement or if the issue is structural in nature. Instead, we recommend pouring hot water over the frozen area or using a less intense heat source, like a hair dryer or space heater.
