Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one.
