A big box membership store would refund me cash on a card to spend there but it seemed to be added onto the price they quoted me . So I would pay myself money that I spent with them so I could. Spend more money at thier store. . The owner joy was easy to work with . Knew the products off the top of her head . Her dad owned the company previously. Price was in range of where I wanted to be . She stayed in touch while we waited on blinds . Her installer was great . Professional and very good at his job . We had a glitch with a missing blind but they took care of it immediately . Mainly joy knew her stuff and didnâ t hard sell me . I wanted a stress free deal and I got that ."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
