"The communication with the estimator who presented a complete written estimate, and with the workers was excellent and consistent throughout the project. I found that to be most satisfactory. The kitchen cabinets were refinished excellently, the counter top required special fitting and turned out beautifully. All the completed project with its many parts was addressed and completed to my satisfaction. Additionally the cooperation in use of masks and care of the working space was very well addressed. I would recommend this company. And if I needed any future work I would use them."

"The technician arrived promptly.  We walked through the house to look at what was to be done, and I provided him with a written list (which I never saw again). The actual patching was very well done, but the texturing on about half the patches was not very good. I felt the need to remind the technician about some of the patches, and I had to touch up about three of the deeper patches later. Cleanup was reasonably well done with a broom and dustpan, except for one of the patches where there were bits of old drywall left on the floor. After I vacuumed, all was again in order.  I had the feeling that the quality of cosmetic work became lower as time went on.
In summary, the structural part of the patches was very well done, but the cosmetic part of the job was not.

"Perfectly. Looks as though it was always there. I love it. All of the work was well thought out and communicated to us before any work was started. They are so detail oriented that they included all the details, inside and out, that we did not thick to mention in our request. Below are pictures I took which are not the greatest. Believe me that the work is fantastic and if we need any work done in the future we will be contacting Henry and HMR Contracting for it. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
