"Our experience with Milligan Scapes was great! We got estimates and while Milligan wasn't the cheapest, we felt very comfortable with Gary and the planned system. They came on a Tuesday and were finished on that Thursday. Both Tim and Franklin were exceptional workers and everything turned out great. I definitely recommend them for any type of work. We are going to have Milligan replace our driveway. So glad to have found a responsible company."

"My experience with him was good. The quote amount was between $2500 and $10000; it was a wide range. He was honest. I think he would have done a good job. My only thing was that he had to hire an electrician and two other guys. So it was going to be three separate bills. He was 30 minutes late."
