"Good company but not great. They replaced some patio wood beams for me and re-finished some of the pre-existing wood frame. Communication was ok. Some details were lost over the course of the project. The woodworking was par. They used a lot of heavy-duty metal fasteners to secure the wooden beams, cracking the wood along the grain, when a woodworker would have used some simple joinery. The wood will expand and contract with changes in temperature and moisture over the years while the metal screws won?t. That?s what will cause this work to be replaced by someone else in a few years. The workers, however, were good and communicative. They did everything that was agreed to in a timely manner. I just expected a little more expertise with the project than I experienced. I?d use them again but I?d simply be more specific with my expectations."
