Hired JJ Roofing to fix a small leak we discovered in a newly purchased house. JJ roofing charged me $3000 to fix the leak, add 2 roof vents and to also coat a 5 x 5& area around each canale with Silicone roof sealant with a 3 year warranty on the repairs. Well the roof leak only got worse and when I called them to come fix it (under the warranty) I was given a new quote to replace the entire roof with no fix happening. I ended up calling other roofers out for a quote to fix the leak and one of the gentlemen who came out to give me a quote quickly discovered a piece of roof that had a puncture and had been pulled away, allowing water to enter the roof space. I ended up buying my own silicone roof sealant and had the leak fixed in 5 minutes. What ended up being about $20 worth of silicone is all that was needed to fix the leak. JJ Roofing did not honor the promised warranty and also was unethical in what they charged to not actually fix anything.

Jose was always punctual, from the initial appointment for the estimate to arrival each day for work. He and his crew were respectful of my property and made sure to clean up after each day. They bid on 2 additional projects which included application of elastomeric coating over existing stucco and installation of a rain gutter system and downspout for the canales. His work was timely, his customer service was excellent, his pricing was on par with other quotes and he explained to my satisfaction any questions or concerns me or my wife voiced.

They did a decent job replacing my facia boards however, painting on an existing facia board I am not satisfied with as they did not sand it smooth.They did some extra painting that I had asked for after the original quote and I was willing to pay extra for but I thought they charged to much and they were somewhat sloppy as they got paint on my driveway. I also discovered they disposed of TRASH in my recycle bin.Would not recommend.

JJ Roofing was one fast and through company. The owner was always on time and arrived when he said he would not like other New Mexico Contractors

Jose gave me a great quote and was able to come out and do the repairs very quickly. He repaired an area where we had a leak and replaced several broken tiles. Jose also warrantied his work for one year, which was not being offered by other roofers. Super friendly and arrived on time as scheduled. I highly recommend JJ Roofing to anyone needing repairs or maintenance on their roof!

Jose was quick to respond and came the next morning as promised to give a quote. He was able to do the repair the same day. The cost was reasonable and in line with other repairs done in the past.

Jose did a great job on my roof! He has over 30 years of experience in the business and his expertise was needed to correct a poor roof job on my house. He got the work done quickly and came back even after he was paid to touch up up the reflective paint to ensure the repairs last as long as possible. Experience matters.

Made quick appointment. Arrived on time. Finished quickly. They need to add online billing or Quickbooks billing or something so I don't have to leave the job site, go all the way home to cut a check and come all the way back. That is a waste of time for both of us.

Next time let me know a head of time that it's got to cost more, because extra work was completed.

Good work, but just a little pricey.

Jose contacted us right away and gave us a quote the next day. Completed the roofing project we had the following day. Very fair pricing and a professional job. Also was able to complete some other projects we had that we were very satisfied with.

They called back promptly and showed up when they said they would.

Jose gave us an estimate within 24 hrs. And completed the work 2 days later. Used quality materials and very fair pricing. Couldn’t ask more from a company. Also gave a warranty which no other company offered.
