We made an appointment for him to come out and make an estimate and he came at the appointed time & we had a discussion about what the requirements would be for this property based on size, ceiling heights and the fact that it was 2-story. He was able to start quickly and they started on the agreed date to install 4 mini split units. They worked full days and it really only took a couples of days to install. We needed an electrician and he was able to supply to at person as well. Everyone who worked on the project were very punctual and we felt very comfortable with everyone. We are now enjoyed quiet, cool air in a home that had been built in 1979 and never had any type of A/C. Only wish we had done sooner. Units are very quiet and of good quality and the service was excellent. Highly recommend David for your cooling & heating needs as well as any service you might need."

Follow up 1 month later- Now water is leaking through the air return vent they installed in the ceiling after probably a tenth of an inch of rain. I called but apparently they don't have anyone on call because all I could do was leave a message. Buyer beware that they don't appear to have appropriate on call coverage if something goes wrong and a minor issue could certainly escalate into a much more expensive and inconvenient repair."
