"I haven't had any troubled with them. They did what they were suppose to do. I don't have any price comparison. They system works. The quality is fine. Our needs were to check out the air conditioner and change the filer. They satisfied them. They came when they said they would come. This was not an emergency situation, it was an annual maintenance. I can't think of anything off hand. They came and did what they were suppose to do. I have no idea how many workers were there. The work took fifteen to twenty minutes to complete. That they were competent at what they did."

"Devyn was quick to respond to my request for a quote on chimney sweep services. He was able to schedule me almost immediately and arrived promptly on the appointment day. He and his assistant, Brian, were complete professionals. They were friendly with my 2 dogsð and the fireplace areas were immaculate when they left. Devyn went up on the roof to inspect the chimney caps. He pointed out that our pine tree was overhanging the one cap and should be trimmed back to help air draw and avoid fire hazards. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
