Brian explained the process and gave me an estimate for the work that they felt needed to be done. Brian emailed me the prices and the work that they would do. I felt informed and was treated with complete respect and courtesy (Note: this was important to me because folks in the building field have often been patronizing and rude to me. I have attributed it to my gender after watching them be more appropriate with my husband.) When I was ready they were here within about another 2 days. My house now looks almost new and we are very pleased! I had received estimates from about 4 or 5 other companies, prior to this, and their estimates were 2 to 6 times what Adobe Painting quoted me. This and the fact that the Angie's list rating for Adobe was A+ persuaded me to hire them. I'm glad that I did!"

"I had just bought a house in Santa Fe that desperately needed new paint throughout to brighten the interior. There was just over a week between close and when I'd be arriving with my furniture. Several larger painting companies were booked into early next year. I found Harald on Angi-- he gave me a fair estimate and *guaranteed* he could do the whole job in a week. He started the morning after close and worked every day to get it done, even applying two coats to most walls. He was particularly adept at finding the right color that would brighten the walls/ceilings while still speaking to the stained wood doors and trim. "Way more than painting! We initially hired Juan to rip out a ~400 sq-ft ceiling and the old Celotex tiles glued to it, (did I mention they were GLUED?) then install new ½ sheet rock with texture. We also asked him to create sheet rock boxes to hide pipes and provide structure for us to install recessed lighting. He and his crew did such an outstanding job that we hired him further to take out the old bathtub and tile, sheet rock an anti-room, create a closet to enclose the sump pump, spackle over cinder block walls to hide the seams andâ wait for itâ paint! If you wonder why this great work his business provided only rated 4.5 starts, it is because no one really trusts a review full of 5 stars. At least, I donâ t. But, you can trust Juan and his crew. They are quite focused on providing excellent craft with stellar (4.5 of them!) customer service. When adding this amount of work as you go along with your project, I recommend writing down all the little things to keep both parties focused. Now, I rest. If you hire Juan, so can you!"
