They completed 3 retaining walls in a very sloped backyard as well as poured 2 concrete patios and a sidewalk that ran from the back of the house all the way to the back of the yard. They used colored concrete and had a selection of colors and stamps for us to choose from. They allowed us to make a few changes and additions along the way to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. They also assisted us in raising our block walls. They arrived early each morning and completed everything in the time they said they would. We received a few quotes and theirs was the best. (He took very incomplete notes during initial contract discussion so made assumptions and mistakes, as did I.) Lost an entire faucet because I missed it on their contract rewrite. Ugh! Had to argue to get them to replace correct buckled walkway sections. The morning of the concrete deck pour had to have them reframe the deck due to not paying attention to detail. Also, I had to wrangle with them to come pick up the wood from the rotting decking being replaced with the concrete pour. It was way to much stress with these guys. This said, they were the best price. If you insist on a formal pre-contract-start walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page, they have good workers who know their stuff. The work is quality work. If you go in knowing you have to be the project manager, you can save a few bucks."
