While the project took about 50% longer than expected, this had affect on the cost, and was mostly due to the unpredictable March weather. Mountainside sent a rep to my address within a week to generate a free quote. Cuco spent about 30 minutes reviewing my plan and gathering measurements for the project. A quote was sent to me that night and a team arrived a few weeks later to complete the project. All work was completed promptly and professionally. I was present at my property to complete a final inspection before payment, and minor issues I noticed were completed before I made payment. Mountainside also accommodated my last minute modifications to the original plan, after I requested a couple pillars in the new wall section be completely filled for additional strength. I can't say whether the price they gave me is superior to other contractors, since they were the only company that responded to my requests. However, I felts the price was reasonable for the project. "Jose did a 50-yard-long cement walkway varying from 4 to 8 feet wide and then installed brick on top. He also did some drainage work that ended up a being a bigger job than we planned due to slope & elevation. He is a licensed general contractor and has a hard-working team he works with including his father who has been in the cement business for many years. They have the large digging & dirt moving equipment needed for the work. Jose was open and flexible with changes I wanted to make along the way. I am happy with my walkway and the drainage work and would use Triple MMM Construction again."
