"I called them and spoke with Vince.  I  explained to him over the phone the work that I wanted done.  He gave me a quote over the phone with the caveat that he had to come out and see the work before moving forward.  This sounded reasonable and I agreed. Vince and a couple of workers  were out the next day, which was earlier than expected.  Vince had to modify the quote because I did not measure the area quite right.  He was very respectful and showed me his measurements in order to confirm what he got.   I was completely fine moving forward with the work.  The workers demoed the space in just a few hours.  Vince stuck around during the entire time the workers removed the old gravel.  The workers completed the removal of the old material very quickly and thoroughly.  Vince worked with us on making a plan for some work on our backyard.  Communication about what his vision for our back yard was very clear.  It was easy to talk and develop a plan with him even though we didn't have a plan before  hand. He recommended doing the work in the backyard in the spring, which when planting new shrubs and trees, makes sense.   

The workers came out the next day and placed the new liner and gravel down in just about an hour. They sprayed it clean and made sure all the gravel was swept up in both our property and our neighbors.  Additionally, Vince sent me a quote for the backyard work via e-mail the next day, and I was pleased with it.  I would definitely hire Streaming Visions in the future, and will, come next spring."
