"The work was done in two days. I had a 260 square-foot porch paved. They did a nice job of fitting the bricks together. There was a little unevenness in some of the brick placement but overall that it was a good job."

"I found the top three listings on Angies list and called them for estimates.  The top listed was Streaming Visions.  Vince came out the next day and took the measurements and along the way gave some suggestions on how to improve or change some ideas for the landscaping.  We wanted a concrete pad poured and some rock added along with some kidney shaped areas in the yard and add some artificial grass after they removed the area of real grass. They also added a rock pathway from the front yard to the back yard.  Vince was very polite and knowledgeable.  He sent over a bid soon after.  He even called to suggest some different ideas and some places for us to go to to find the exact rock we wanted along with some other suggestions on the providers of artificial grass.  We agreed upon the bid and they set up a time to come do the work.  The day the work was to start they showed up early and called to ask if they could start earlier.  The workers kept me up on the progress and asked questions along the way.  During the process a few changes were needed.  I was surprised at the pleasant attitudes and politeness of the workers and the owners.  Every time something was brought up their main concern was for me the customer to be happy.  Along the work progress my wife added some additional items to the yard landscaping list for the company and each and every time they were able to accommodate us, usually in the same day.  When I went to ask them if they could give me a bid on doing a rock pathway from the front yard to the back yard and gave the example of a neighbor that had the one I wanted.  The owner on his lunch break walked over to see the example and provided me a bid on the spot for the work.  I agreed and they were able to provide the extra work in the same time frame as the original bid time frame.Their prices are better than others and the extra work that they put into the yard, leveling it (other bids did not provide that service) and the attention to detail has made us a life long customer to Streaming Visions.  The Father/Son ownership is the best that I have ever encountered.  I would and "WILL" absolutely use and recommend their services again.  There is not one area or comment that is less than an A from my wife and I.  In fact if it were possible on Anglies list to give a higher rating in all areas I would."

"Start was delayed by one day. Initial walk through with foreman did not happen as he did not show up until later. (He took very incomplete notes during initial contract discussion so made assumptions and mistakes, as did I.) Lost an entire faucet because I missed it on their contract rewrite. Ugh! Had to argue to get them to replace correct buckled walkway sections. The morning of the concrete deck pour had to have them reframe the deck due to not paying attention to detail. Also, I had to wrangle with them to come pick up the wood from the rotting decking being replaced with the concrete pour. It was way to much stress with these guys. This said, they were the best price. If you insist on a formal pre-contract-start walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page, they have good workers who know their stuff. The work is quality work. If you go in knowing you have to be the project manager, you can save a few bucks."

"I hired AZR To repair the fountain wall and replace the pump and liner. The wall had numerous cracks and loose stones as seen in the first two pictures, AZR came out day 1 and demoed the fountain as seen in the 3rd picture. Where did all of the material and debris go? Not on the lawn, but about 20 yards away in a paved work area I have picture 3. They finished day 2 (Pics 4 & 5). Job was done Great. All water funnels to the catch basin. Outstanding job!"
