"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. "LeaThey had to take the door molding off to get the old furnace out. Then he put the new furnace in hooked everything up, set the thermostat at the temperature that we want , put the door molding back on  and brought in a vacuum and cleaned up after himself . It only took him a couple of hours to install the furnace. He was very polite and he made sure everything was clean when he left.
