I called Dirk, he said they were busy and couln't get to me 'til next week. After I explained my problem he said "how about tomorrow afternoon?". I told him I'd be home after 3pm, he said that'd be fine. Then due to a kid related schedule change, I called back the day of service to tell him I wouldn't be home 'til after 4pm and I understood if that was too late. He told me he'd make it work. He sent out his son Blake, who is a very intelligent hard working young man. He went right to work and had everything fixed in abut an hour, despite the tight working conditions due to a crowded garage. The final bill was $101.81 which included a $4.00 part, driving all the way out here( I live in the country), labor and tax. VERY IMPRESSED! Nice to see an old fashioned father and son type of business with a good business ethic. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Half of metal part of the garage door flange was ripped off when a car backed into it. I was using duct tape to keep it attached to door. Called Dirk and explained situation and he sent someone out the next day who arrived on time as scheduled. Fixed the flange by pulling out rubber and screwing metal back into garage door and then expertly re-installed the rubber flange (with insulation) back. And readjusted the cost down because the job was much easier than what Dirk (owner) had thought it was gong to be based on my description. Couldn't be happier with promptness, service and honestly of the amount of work that was actually provided.

All of the people I interacted with from GaragePro were very professional and courteous. I did much of the pre-work consulting and then garage door and opener ordering with Dirk over the phone. He was always quick to reply, and the estimate that he gave me was, indeed, the final price. The two servicemen who came to actually install the new door and opener had to, of course, remove our old door and opener, and they did all of that in less time than they had predicted (it's been a while now, but it seems like it was less than an hour and a half), while still doing it in a professional, courteous, and neat manner. It's been several months now that we've been using the new door and opener, and there have been no problems whatsoever. I would use GaragePro again in a heartbeat.

Job went very smoothly. I also had the springs replaced in my double and other single garage door. In addition the representative installed new garage door bottom pieces (do not know the term). Adjusted the tension in all the doors, etc. Very impressive with this service!

The visit was great! A torsion spring broke on my garage on Friday afternoon, 5/23. I called several places who said they could come on Tuesday. I found Garage Pro here on Angie's list. Dirk said he would come up on the next day, Saturday, of Memorial Day Weekend. He arrived at 9:30 AM and promptly replaced both my torsion springs with new, high cycle (30K) springs. He checked out my garage door setup and lubed a number places. Dirk spent time with me talking about my setup. I could not be more pleased with Dirk and work! His price was also the best.

the two automatic gates work perfectly, he figured out the intercom system to open the and close the gates, recoded the remotes for the gates and garage doors and re-aligned one of the electric eyes. Super job.

The carrier arm of the automatic garage door opener tore lose from the door. I
called Garage Pro at 11 AM. A crew came about 1 PM, put a reinforcing
plate on the door, reattached the arm, and, without even being asked (I
had intended to), lubricated all the rollers and springs and tightened
the bolts not only on that door but on the second door of the two-car
garage as well. Entire job took about half and hour. Couldn't have asked for more prompt and efficient service.

The door is now working! The springs were 10 years old and winter cold makes the metal springs stiff. So one snapped. I had Garage Pro replace both. They also lubricated the system. Thanks, guys!!

Fixed older up-and-over garage door that two other companies said had to be replace for one fourth of the cost to replace. Professional, quick and courteous.

My double garage door (with automatic garage door opener) had come off of the track. The door was jammed and stuck in an almost closed position. I called Garage Pro to inquire about price and also to potentially schedule a repair. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. However, they were willing to come the same day, if it was an emergency (car stranded in the garage) but this wasn't the case. I was able to wait until the next day. They showed up on time. They were very fast and efficient. They quickly got the double garage door repaired and also told me how to better maintain the door and opener to avoid more repairs in the future. The cost was much less than several other door companies that I called. My home is about 35 minutes travel time outside of Santa Fe (north) and most other door companies wanted a much higher fee due to the travel involved in getting here. One of their competitors quoted me a price of $150 for the 1st 30 minutes and then $17.50 for each additional 15 minutes. Garage Pro quoted me a price $100, which included travel time, plus 1 hour of repair time. I would estimate that it only took them about 30 minutes to do the repair. The service techs were AA and IA. This company also does work on gates and lifts. No problems and a good price. I would use them again and I would recommend them to those in need of garage door repairs. They warranty their work for 90 days. Be prepared to write a check. If you plan on using a credit card, you will need to call the office and have them run your charge. I suspect that cash still works too!
