"The two young men worked efficiently and quickly. They agreed to do the extras listed above as we have trouble dealing with fixtures etc. that are on the ceiling; the charge was moderate for the extras. They did a great job, and I will hire them again next year. Having all windows and screens shining at one time is amazingly pleasant!

"When I made the appointment and during a followup call I emphasized that we had tall ceilings and a 10ft ladder would be required. The man that was sent showed up with a 6ft ladder and a old weather warn table that I be leave was unsafe. The worker was friendly and responsive but he was very slow, in part due to not having the right equipment and in part related to his taking cell phone calls on this hourly pay job.
