We love our new roof! East Mountain Roofing provided good communication from start to finish. We met with Daniel soon after our initial call. He walked our roof, came with samples (we got a metal roof), and talked through just what and how they would be replacing our roof. The crew was professional and polite, and cleaned up after the messy job of removing the old shingle roof and replacing it with metal. The new roof is stunning. Thank you East Mountain Roofing!

Daniel diagnosed the leak sources with my metal-framed house better than any other roofer. I wanted to add more insulation beneath the new metal roof than they had done before, but he was willing to review the information I sent and do a little research so I could get the 4 inches I needed. He returned phone calls promptly. We found a lot of new problems after removing the old roof, but Daniel and I discussed what could be done and changes from the original plan. Everything was well-done with the best materials. The crews were professional and answered questions from me if they could, but so did Daniel during the project. They cleaned up the site pretty well. We reviewed the job after it was done and they fixed a couple of missed things and answered my final questions. Had some leaks after the first rain and they came promptly to caulk them.

We received 3 estimates, all were within $500 dollars. The other companies used lower quality metal and 1 would not even tell us what metal they used.. Daniel's estimate was very professional and you know exactly what will be installed.. The workers were very polite. He has different crews that specialize in the type of roofing being installed. After the job was completed, they cleaned the site, removing all evidence that they had been there. I highly recommend Daniel and his crew.

Daniel came to my home, inspected the roof and sent me an estimate that was less expensive than other roofing companies. He was very professional and explained everything that would be done on the roof and the warranty was good.

We could not be happier with the job done by East Mountain Roofing. From start to finish the crew form EMR was on time, did excellent work, and provided answers to all questions asked. While rain delayed the beginning of the job by several days, once started it was completed within 4 days. We feel the price was very reasonable and the workmanship excellent. We have 5 solar panels on the roof which required the crew to remove one legs of a panel at a time and place the synthetic underlayment and shingles under the support. This was done on all 5 panels with care which resulted in no damage to the panels or any need to realign them. We would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roofing work done. It went well. They were hard workers and completed the job in 4 days. They kept us informed about the work. It looks very nice now that it is completed.

I was very pleased with the crew of EMR. They did a great job in a timely manner and they cleaned up after the project. Daniel (the owner) was very professional from the initial call, through the estimate to the completion of the project. They completed our entire roof in two days. The price included: tearing off the Rock Substrate, installing Fanfold insulation, apply 60 mil TPO MuleHide and removed the swamp cooler and reset it after the roof install. We paid $11,290. What I was most impressed with, is that after the roof was installed, the owner came and inspected the roof and answered any questions we had. ( We did not have to pay the balance that we owed until he came and inspected the roof.)

Great. Now waiting for help in repairing garage ceiling where wallboard is damaged. Very satisfied with experience.

Everything went well. It was a fairly small repair but it was done timely and for a decent price. Nothing to complain about.

From the first phone call to the completion of the project Daniel, the owner, was prompt and professional.  The estimate process was thorough and complete.  Once we decided to go with East Mountain Roofing, the product and supplies were ordered and the job was started as scheduled.  The crew arrived on time every morning, worked hard all day and was courteous and respectful of our home and property.  There was a slight delay due to a late spring snow, but the roof was completed in a timely manner.  

Upon inspection, the roof is GREAT!  Such an improvement, slope and drainage on our "flat" roof are now appropriate.  No more pooling or un-even run off; increased insulation and the white color we chose will assist in reducing summer heat build up.  We could not be happier with the choice we made.  Without a doubt, we would hire East Mountain Roofing again.

Overall the EMR crew did a thorough and professional job. They were  quite friendly and answered any questions. The foreman was particularly helpful in keeping me informed on the steps of the process and answered, in detail, all my questions. The owner of EMR Daniel Kniffin did an excellent job in explaining what they would do and why as well the material costs. There no additional costs or add-ons to his original price.

Daniel worked with us to get the colors we wanted, and answered all our questions. The workers arrived promptly, and finished the work on time. After the job was completed, they cleaned the site, removing all evidence that they had been there. I highly recommend Daniel, and his guys for any roofing needs.

Daniel was very responsive in getting out to measure, see what work needed to be done, and getting back to us with an estimate. The work was scheduled to start within 2 weeks and completed in 4 days. We had the old roofing on the house and attached garage (4500sf)  removed and replaced using new synthetic underlay, ice and water shield in the certain areas, and high wind rated shingles. They replaced 2 skylights and removed 2 skylights. We also had the barn (950sf) re-shingled. They were prompt and courteous, cleaned up each evening, and made sure we were weathered in for each portion of the roof they worked on. The roof looks great, there were no "extra" costs, and we found Daniel to be quite professional. We would definitely hire him again.
