Rockefeller's Cleaning & Restoration Company

Have you ever lost everything? We had a major house fire and these guys were the angels through. Professional, effective, and profoundly empathetic empathetic. We struggled with a hostile insurance company and another contractor who left with our money and Rockerfeller's helped us along the entire way. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were meticulous and thorough. My only regret is we didn't hire them for the reconstruction phase. If you need restoration services. Hire them.

They left dehumidifiers and fans for several days to dry the great room. They had painters come and then the flooring folks. The contractor, Dave, suggested the flooring I ended up with, and it is gorgeous and well within the insurance limit. There was a small glitch with the paint after the flooring went in, but it was fixed in a matter of days.

Although some of their staff was nice, many of the jobs were done very sloppy, or had to be re-done and have yet to be corrected. I have called and spoken with the company many times, some of the work was re-done properly, but... again, there are many unfinished or incomplete, (sloppy) details that stand out. I recall signing about a dozen checks with lots of money, for this work to look so substandard. The warranty of work is supposed to be valid for 3 years from what my insurance company has told me.

Larry came out to give me an estimate,he owns the company. We hired them after a fire years ago and they did a wonderful job. Larry promised me 4-5 women every two weeks to come around 9:00am. He is a very charming man and speaks to his clients in a very respectful and honest way. When the crew came to clean,Larry was with them. They were late but did not say why. There were three women,not what I was promised. I have a large house which cannot be cleaned in 2 hours with only 3 women. They stayed for less than 3 hours because they arrived late and when I asked how to pay they didn’t know. They told me to pay by check. They called 1.5 weeks later to ask me how the cleaning went which seemed along time to wait to call me. When I said they had missed things and did not follow Larry’s instructions as how to clean my hall that had long area rugs and there was debris left under a bathroom vanity and by a sliding door I was told they could not service me every other week like agreed upon, and they could only send 3 people to clean and did not know when they could send more or when they could start cleaning twice a month. I said I was under the impression this had already been arranged with Larry but the person insisted they couldn’t do what they had promised. I was going to go along with this arrangement but then they told me they could only send a crew at 2:00 pm. That was the last straw,I had not agreed to this service at all. I called back and asked to speak to Larry but he never called me back. I began to wonder if it was like a switch and bait thing. They told me they could give me what I wanted and then changed what they could provide after they thought I was hooked. They also tried to clean my granite with Simple Green which I was told by the granite installers not to use anything but soap and water or a special granite cleaner. I am so disappointed in this company and in Larry. He never even called me back,I will never use them for anything again,I am not sure they are an honest company.

They were responsive, professional and thorough in assuring everything was done to my satisfaction. This was an insurance claim and they worked with the insurance company directly to complete the claim. Very well done!

The company responded immediately and provided a secure barrier for my front entryway. I was very relieved at their responsiveness! This task was clearly something they do often after misfortunes such as fires, flooding, other sorts of damage to homes. My insurance company selected them for this experience and reliability. Their estimate for repair of my doors was very high, involving total replacement of the double door with equal quality wood materials. I did not opt for this choice.

now I can get a second car in the garage again.

I have used Rockefeller's for nearly 6 years to clean my house. They have always done an exceptional job and gone beyond what was expected. If I ever had a problem or issue (spider webs in places they wouldn't see, construction postponing job) Tammy always helped out. My team has had the same members and they've gotten to know my family. I wouldn't use anyone else to clean my house.

Like people in this business, they were great starting out and disintegrated pretty quickly. I tried repeatedly to talk with them about what I expected. They seem to be incapable of communicating among one another, much less anyone else. Ridiculous!

I've used them for many years. They're very quick. They come and go. They do it in an hour or an hour and a half. They have a crew of four women. It's a very cheerful crew. It was kind of fun. They seemed to really like their work. They just did a good job.

They came out and dried everything up. They even worked with us too. Cole is there manager/owner and every time we have dealt with them they have just amazed us. He personally comes out to the job. Then we used them again recently with our swap cooler issues. He always knows what needs to be done from start to finish. He made sure the contractors were here, checked up on their work and made sure they were doing a good job. He is like a teacher and really protects his company. He makes sure to higher good quality contractors. He made sure to check everything in regards to the water damage. They always come in with the right materials and they are all professional. They put things back where they were and they even documented and took pictures too. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+. Cole also works with the insurance companies; he contacts the insurance agencies to get permission to do the job, which is important.

They finished right away. They did a wonderful job. It was just perfect. It's such a stressful time and he was so helpful. I felt very supported by him. I would have had him do the rest except his bid was considerable more.

We were very pleased with the services. There were some communication problems, but the work was good.

A little pricey but reasonably thorough and reliable. I've been using them for at least 6 mos now. They send 3-4 people every 2 weeks, so the job is done in  little more than an hour. They're due between 9:30 and 10:30 and usually arrive about 9:40 so I don't have to wait around or tie up a whole day with cleaning, which is important to me as I work at home.

The service provider was referred to us by USAA.  As soon as contact was made, Rockefeller sent out an estimator who submitted the work order to USAA.  He was very professional and worked with us and the insurance company to ensure the entire job was paid for excluding our deductible.  USAA approved his estimate immediately and Rockefeller began work within a few days.  They showed up every day as scheduled and left the place clean each evening.  The quality of work was very professional.  It included redoing the faux finish in the kitchen.  A great job all around.

We had massive ceiling leaks from all the rain in September.  They came out right away, were very courteous, and competent, and did a wonderful job for us.
They went above and beyond.........they were here when my husband went up on the roof with our insurance adjuster and then fell off the roof when he missed the first step on the ladder when he started down.  He fell almost 14feet landing on his head.  The Rockefellers' Tec jumped in to assist in getting emergency help to my husband.  He quickly helped me with my husband while I called 911, then moved their large truck out to the street so that the EMTs could find our house quickly, waited at the street to guide them to my husband in the backyard, helped them get my husband on the stretcher through the garage to the ambulance.  Contained my dogs while the gates were open, and then took over the securing of my home so I could follow the ambulance to the
Trauma Center.
Unbelievable,  I would have been lost without the competent, kind, caring professionalism of this company.  They are true heroes.

They brought in a big crew and scrubbed my house from top to bottom.  Even the floors and baseboards.  I was quite impressed with the job.  Although pricey, they did an excellent job and it was worth the extra cash.

The crew of 6 people were EXCELLENT.  They brought scaffolding and HEPA VAC equipment and cleaned every inch of that home very professionally; including adobe brick walls that had showed a high dust particle count in environmental tests, beams and skylights that hadn't been cleaned in years, and even hygienic removal of rodent droppings found high in the beams.  It took them all day; it was pricey but well worth it!

They ended up sending two girls out who did not speak much English and it was hard to explain to them what I needed done. They were very nice, but they seemed like they just didn't care what happened after they sent them out. They ended up using Windex to clean the floors. One of the girls ended up leaving in the middle of it. They were very nice when they came out, I was just not happy with the experience.

The crew did a nice job and they were conscientious and professional.

That worked out well. I have used them only once. They were prompt and I think they did a pretty good job of cleaning the house.

It was great. Rockefeller's Cleaning & Restoration did everything that need to be done. They got it extremely clean. It kinda what I thought it would end up being. I did call them back to make sure things are on time but they were busy on other things.
