"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"It is so nice to walk into a spotless motorhome when you start packing!
They did a great job and it?s a little hard because it is like detailing the interior of a car plus deep cleaning a house.
I will use them again.

"I have 3 dogs, a back lab/pitbull, a springer spaniel and a rottweiler. I tried to make a gate to close them into the kitchen because it was too hot outside, and the gentleman Efren asked me if they were friendly, I said yes, and he said let them out, its fine! I never get that reaction with my rottweiler. The gentleman was great around my dogs.. He cleaned my carpets which really Need replacing but cant afford just yet, and he did a fantastic job.. All the stains from the animals have been lifted, and it smells really Clean too.. Very affordable prices, very impressed all round, with the professional service and great customer service. Great job! Thank you Efren!"

Mattress Cleaning questions, answered by experts

There are several ways to remove snow from your roof: using a snow rake, salting the roof with calcium chloride, using a rope (cautiously), and using heating cables. It’s important to mention that pretty, fluffy, sparkling snow weighs a great deal, and when physically removing snow from a roof, you should be aware of large snow slabs breaking off. These can weigh hundreds of pounds and are a real danger, so be extremely careful anytime you’re doing this type of work.

Roof cleaning can damage shingles if it’s done incorrectly—like with a high-power power washer—but it likely won’t damage your roof if you pay to have an expert do the work. A professional roof cleaner will use a gentle cleaning solution and a cleaning method that matches your roof material to ensure the process doesn’t damage the roof. Some homeowners worry that roof cleaning will shorten the life of their roof by removing shingle particles or protective coatings, but it often extends roof life by removing plants that cause damage and improves your home’s curb appeal simultaneously.

Chemical herbicides will kill moss permanently. The same goes with bleach water. However, moss can start growing again once a new layer of dirt and debris is caught in your sand in paver joints. Therefore, the problem is not about killing moss permanently, but ensuring effective prevention of moss regrowth.

No, you should not use a pressure washer or power washer on roof shingles, including asphalt shingles. The high water pressure is too strong and can damage the shingles by loosening their adhesive, forcing water underneath them, or causing them to fall off. The safer and better option is soft washing with a pump sprayer. For best results and to avoid damage, consider hiring a local roof cleaner to clean your shingles safely.

Inspect for debris, clean drains, and regularly check for punctures or cracks to maintain performance.
