Our technicians are able to locate and seal off entry points that allow rats, mice, squirrels, raccoons, and opossums to enter your home or business. I heard tapping noises and what I thought was something running in my attic. I contacted 3 companies, Sharps Rodent Prevention being one of them. Toni was very helpful and arranged for Delbert and Wesley to come out the next morning. He did a thorough inspection and noticed multiple entry points on my home's exterior. They went up on my 3 story townhome roof, took multiple pictures or areas that needed attention and took time to explain all they found. Turned out that I didn't have an infestation, but I definitely wanted to seal the house. Even though the were a bit more expensive than the other quotes, I felt I was getting great service and the knew what they were doing. They completed the project today, I'm VERY pleased and strongly recommend this company should you find yourself needing help with possible rodents in your home.

Andrew visited to provide an estimate for an exclusion service, and I must rave about his professionalism, friendliness, and ability to explain the proposed approach to address the issue clearly. While I currently work with a different pest control company that has been both professional and reliable, my experience with Sharp's has been notably impressive. Their commitment to going the extra mile, including offering fog sanitizing services—a feature I have not encountered with other companies—sets them apart. Very friendly and patient customer support that listens to my concern and explains everything to me. Works with my schedule and really took care of the problem. In my case it was a raccoon in my attic. They went into my attic for inspection and installed a one way door the same day. I heard something trying to get into my attic that night without success. Then they came the following week to seal up the 3' opening for good, and fog sanitized my attic. No more scratching noise at night. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with similar issues.

I live in a neighborhood with older homes and a severe rat problem. Fortunately I called Sharp on the strength of their BBB reputation. Every aspect of their service has exceeded expectations, personnel are professional, courteous, diligent, responsive and take care to be certain my pets are not affected by their work. A first rate exclusion service with great attention to detail, even matching paint on trim. I will be renewing with them in perpetuity. In my opinion, there is no better option in this field of work.

Had a great experience with Sharp's Rodent Prevention recently! We discovered that we have rats in our shed and this was pretty horrifying to learn! I spoke with Toni who was super helpful and confident they could help so she sent Delbert out who was so nice and knowledgeable and did such a great job, they had to add a small piece of trim on the bottom of our shed door where rats could enter and you wouldn't even know it is there, he had paints with him and matched the color of the shed door so that was impressive! Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend and no more rats so thank you Sharp's!

A long story short..I had my roof done a couple of years ago and they did not seal it properly so we ended up with rats in our attic. I found SHARP RODENT PREVENTION online and they did an AMAZING JOB. THEY SEALED ALL ENTRY POINTS, TOOK CARE OF THE RODENTS AND DID LIKE PROFESSIONALS. I recommend this company for the job bc the end results will have your family sleeping well at night like mines. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR THE GREAT WORK!!!!!

I needed to confirm as to which places the rat medicines were kept as I recently got two cats. Per my contract it says they have up to 24 business hrs to respond but after multiple text messages and phone calls within 4 days period (96 hrs) still no response. When the owner Toni finally picked up, she was extremely unprofessional and rude and said she couldn't provide me with the technician number as I should already have it and she lied about receiving any calls or messages from me then hung up the phone. This place is a complete fraud they take your money and don't work with integrity, no customer service skills, are unprofessional to their customers. I do not recommend this service provider AT ALL.

The technician that handled our account was very professional. My mother is a senior citizen and Andrew was very courteous and patient explaining everything to her. He took the time to engage her in conversation and make sure she understood the contract and procedure for rodent elimination. He was a gentleman that gave excellent customer service.

Andrew did an amazing job helping us get rid of unwanted rodents that kept entering our attic. He began the treatment by using products in the attic that got on the rodents hair and when they returned to their nest and groomed each other eliminated them. The next step in the project was sealing our home. Andrew was meticulous about finding every entry the rodents had created and closing those paths. He also was very patient and knowledgable when he explained everything. I would recommend using Sharps Rodent to solve any rodent problems you may have.

I learned a valuable lesson as a single, senior female homeowner. CALL THE EXPERTS. Over the counter rat poisoning does not do the job. Sharp's Rodent Prevention saved my house, attic and garage. Andrew and his co-worker worked diligently to seal up and prevent future rat invasions. It was costly, because I was ignorant of all the damage being done! Hire them with confidence!

This company was very proficient and timely. They also allowed me to have a payment contrary to their normal practice. I had rats and they seal up all the openings, and did everything they promised, and I got a one year warranty. The cost was $2,000 or close to it for the package I chose. But, I would recommend me them because of their good customer service, and I was told by others that was the rate for the service I received.
